Only 6,969 units were manufactured of this limited series to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1969 moon landing of Apollo 11.

Case is of stainless steel with a combination of both brushed and high-polished finishes. The bezel mounted atop is of high-polish finished18k Moonshine Gold (Omega trademarked) and it is equipped with a black ceramic tachymeter scaled bezel insert. The full link bracelet is of stainless steel as well, again with a combination of both brushed and high-polished finishes. As for the case back, it features the "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind" quote as well as a laser-engraved image of Buzz Aldrin's foot print.

Functions are displayed on a grey and black dial with (trademarked Omega) Moonshine gold hands and index hour markers. Hands are luminescent filled while the index hour markers have luminous tips.

- Small seconds sub-dial at 9 o'clock (Moonshine laser engraved image of Aldrin stepping down to the moon.
- Large central 60-second counter hand.
- 30-minute counter sub-dial at 3 o'clock.
- 12-hour counter sub-dial at 6 o'clock.
