This is an 18k white & rose gold Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duo Day/Night 270.00.54A. It includes an alligator leather strap with an 18k white gold deployment buckle and scratch resistant sapphire crystals. It has a signed pull-out winding crown, a small pusher for the second 24-hour time zone on the right-side case band at 2 o'clock, and there are two completely different dials and gold cases, including a salmon/rose gold dial with an 18k white gold case, applied rose gold Arabic numerals at the quarter hours, white gold faceted dart-shaped hour indices, a rectangular diamond guilloche center framed by a black minute/hour scale, and there is a rectangular small constant running small seconds subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock with black Arabic numerals, markers, and a white gold indicator hand. The Reverso dial has an 18k rose gold case with an Anthracite grey sunray guilloche circular center, a recessed reserve ring with applied rose gold Arabic numerals and faceted dart-shaped hour indices, and white gold Dauphine sword hour and minute hands with luminous inserts. There is a recessed black circular second 24-hour GMT time zone subsidiary dial at 6 o'clock with sunray guilloche, white Arabic numerals and a rose gold arrow tipped indicator hand, braced by twin night and day plaques. The inside case back has perlage and the outer case back is engraved with "REVERSO - 270.00.54A," and a serial number. The 26mm by 36mm rectangular solid tonneau Art Deco style cases, straight lugs, and striated Art Deco-style convex bezels, are polished/brushed. It's water resistant to 25 meters/80 feet, it has a 45-hour power reserve at full winding, and the This Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duo Day/Night 270.00.54A has a mechanical manual winding JLC caliber 854/1 (based on the JLC caliber 849) movement. It's rhodium plated with perlage and it's constructed with 21 jewels, 180 components, a shock absorber system, a monometallic balance, and the mechanism oscillates at a frequency of 21,600 vph (3Hz). The rare Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Duo Day/Night 270.00.54A was released in a limited edition of 250 examples for the Japanese market in 2005.
