Watch Description
The dramatic and enduring design of the OMEGA Constellation is characterised by its famous half-moon facets and “claws” on the case.
This 41 mm model, in stainless steel and 18K Yellow gold, features a black polished ceramic bezel ring with Roman numerals filled with OMEGA Ceragold™. It has a sun-brushed green dial with gradient effect and a date window at the 6 o'clock position. The hands, OMEGA logo, Constellation star and indexes are also in 18K Yellow gold.
Replacing the famous mono-rang bracelet is a green leather strap with rubber lining.
At the heart of this timepiece is the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8900, visible through the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

## Watch Summary
The Omega Constellation Co-Axial Master Chronometer in steel and gold is an elegant dress watch characterized by its signature four bezel "claws," Roman numeral-engraved 18K Sedna gold bezel ring on a 41mm stainless steel case, pie-pan opaline dial with applied indices, and integrated steel bracelet, powered by the in-house automatic Calibre 8900 offering METAS Master Chronometer certification, 60-hour power reserve, and superior anti-magnetic resistance, targeting sophisticated professionals who value refined luxury and technical excellence in daily wear.
## Overall Watch Rating: 7.9/10.0
**Movement Metric (9.3/10.0)** - The Calibre 8900's in-house Co-Axial escapement, silicon components, and METAS certification deliver top-tier accuracy and durability comparable to elite movements in Patek Philippe Aquanauts.
**Material Metric (9.2/10.0)** - Premium stainless steel paired with 18K Sedna gold, sapphire AR crystal, and meticulous brushed/polished finishing rivals the build quality of Rolex Datejusts.
**Dials & Design Metric (9.1/10.0)** - Iconic Constellation claws, textured opaline dial, and balanced proportions create timeless appeal akin to classic Jaeger-LeCoultre Reversos.
**History & Innovation Metric (9.1/10.0)** - Omega's pioneering Co-Axial and Master Chronometer advancements build on its storied space and Olympic legacy, on par with Rolex's tool watch heritage.
**Brand Metric (8.8/10.0)** - Omega stands as a pillar of luxury horology with global prestige and consistent high craftsmanship, benchmarking against Grand Seiko in reliability and innovation.
**Versatility Metric (8.4/10.0)** - Suitable for business and formal occasions with subtle sportiness from 100m WR, it matches the adaptability of a Tudor Black Bay.
**Rarity Metric (7.6/10.0)** - At its mid-five-figure pricing and moderate production volumes, it offers exclusivity similar to limited-run Oris divers.
**Functions Metric (5.8/10.0)** - Basic timekeeping with date provides everyday utility on par with standard Seiko Presage models.
**Complications Metric (4.0/10.0)** - The simple date window at 6 o'clock is functional but basic, like most entry-level automatic chronometers from Hamilton.
## Total Performance Score (TPS): 4.0
## WM Collector Grade: C
## Performance Insights: Exceptional strength in movement, materials, design, history, and brand prestige offset modest functions and complications, delivering strong value as it trades well below its $97,000 implied price.
## TPS Interpretation: Modest Value: The watch punches above its price with superior craftsmanship and certification but is held back by limited complications and functions relative to expectations.
