Rate my collection so far... What else should I get to round out the collection?

This is my Fifty Fathoms Bathyscaphe Quantième Complet Phases de Lune. I was fortunate enough to pick up this watch during my recent stay in Japan.

As the name of the watch states it's a fifty fathoms dive watch which also contains a complete calendar along with the iconic Blancpain smiling moonphase face. This is my first luxury watch in this price range and the craftsmanship and quality has just blown me away.

Originally I was afraid of the size since it's a 43mm case diameter, but it actually sits quite nicely on my wrist especially with the comfortable and durable sailcloth strap.

A.I. Collection Review:
# 6 Watch Collection - Blancpain (17%) / Burberry (17%) / Casio (17%) / Hamilton (17%) / Omega (17%) / Rolex (17%) Review by A.I. WatchMetrics ## Collection Summary This diverse six-watch collection spans rugged digital tool watches, fashion quartz dress pieces, classic mechanical day-daters, vintage-inspired no-date divers, high-complication moonphase divers, and iconic GMT travelers, united loosely by mechanical excellence at the high end but lacking overall thematic cohesion, appealing to an adventurous collector who prioritizes variety across quartz and automatic movements with power reserves from endless solar-quartz to 50+ hours in luxury calibers, highlighted by Blancpain's intricate complete calendar and Rolex's legendary dual-time functionality. **"Eclectic Budget-Luxury Spectrum"** ## Overall Collection Rating: 6.9/10.0 **Brand Metric (6.4/10.0)** - Anchored by luxury stalwarts like Rolex and Blancpain but tempered by fashion and mid-tier entries, landing between a Tudor assortment and a mixed Oris lineup. **History & Innovation Metric (7.2/10.0)** - Strong heritage from Omega's Seamaster lineage and Rolex's GMT invention, plus Blancpain's dive complication pioneering, outshining a standard Grand Seiko set. **Rarity Metric (5.2/10.0)** - Spans mass-produced Casio affordability to limited Blancpain production, averaging like a Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical collection. **Material Metric (7.7/10.0)** - Excellent sapphire and steel depth in luxury pieces with resin toughness variety, surpassing a typical Citizen Promaster Diver group. **Movement Metric (7.3/10.0)** - From reliable quartz to in-house automatics like Blancpain's caliber 6654, with good diversity akin to a Seiko Prospex sampler. **Complications Metric (6.8/10.0)** - Blancpain's moonphase calendar steals the show alongside Rolex GMT and Hamilton day-date, better than a basic Tissot PRX stack. **Functions Metric (7.9/10.0)** - Robust digital alarms on Casio plus luxury moon and GMT, exceeding a Hamilton Jazzmaster series. **Dials & Design Metric (8.1/10.0)** - Striking variety from G-Shock graphs to Bathyscaphe guilloché, on par with an adventurous Christopher Ward ensemble. **Versatility Metric (9.0/10.0)** - Covers beaters, dress, dive, and travel flawlessly, rivaling a well-rounded Tudor Black Bay lineup. **Cohesiveness Metric (3.7/10.0)** - Disparate price points and styles from $85 resin to $19k complications hinder unity, like a mismatched flea market find. ## Total Performance Score (TPS): 4.1 ## TPS Interpretation: Modest Value: The collection offers broad appeal and luxury highlights but suffers from thematic disconnect relative to its mixed price point. ## WM Collector Grade: C ## Performance Insights: Shines in versatility, design breadth, and high-end complications while cohesiveness drags it down; solid value exceeding an implied $1,800 geometric mean price thanks to Rolex and Blancpain anchors. ## Collection Type by Style - Adventure/Tool (Casio G-Shock 6900, Rolex GMT-Master II) - Classic/Dress (Hamilton American Classic Pan Europ Day Date, Burberry The City Small Seconds) - Sports/Diver (Omega Seamaster 1950s No Date, Blancpain Bathyscaphe Complete Calendar Moonphase) ## Collection Type by Movement - Quartz/Digital (Casio G-Shock 6900, Burberry The City Small Seconds – 33%) - Automatic Mechanical (Hamilton American Classic Pan Europ Day Date, Omega Seamaster 1950s No Date, Blancpain Bathyscaphe Complete Calendar Moonphase, Rolex GMT-Master II – 67%) ## Collection Strengths - Phenomenal price and style spectrum from beater to haute horology. - Luxury anchors (Blancpain, Rolex) provide enduring investment appeal. - Unmatched versatility across daily wear, formal, adventure, and complications. ## Ideas for Improvement 1. Focus on a dive watch theme to tie Omega, Blancpain, and add a Seiko or Tudor. 2. Upgrade the Burberry with a mechanical dress watch like Nomos or Junghans for better prestige. 3. Incorporate a vintage mechanical to bridge the Casio toughness with luxury heritage. ## Downsizing Advice Prioritize the high-end core by selling the Casio G-Shock and Burberry The City to retain a cohesive quartet of Hamilton, Omega, Blancpain, and Rolex, preserving 90% of value and boosting cohesiveness dramatically. ## Watch by Watch Summary **Casio G-Shock 6900**: Indestructible resin digital with world time and alarms, the ultimate $85 beater for active lifestyles. **Hamilton American Classic Pan Europ Day Date**: Charming 42mm automatic day-date in a retro Pan Europ design, delivering Swiss reliability at accessible luxury. **Burberry The City Small Seconds**: Elegant quartz fashion watch with subtle small seconds, ideal for understated office wear despite brand limitations. **Omega Seamaster 1950s No Date**: Clean, vintage-styled automatic diver with Co-Axial escapement, blending heritage toughness and modern finesse. **Blancpain Bathyscaphe Complete Calendar Moonphase**: 38mm masterpiece packing moonphase, full calendar, and 300m WR in an in-house automatic, pinnacle of complicated dive watches. **Rolex GMT-Master II**: Timeless stainless steel dual-time icon with Cerachrom bezel, the gold standard for traveler's tools and resale strength. **A.I.
