Am I missing anything?</p><p> </p><p>I’ve always loved watches but my interest in the world of “luxury” watches was piqued when my wife and I traveled to Venice in 2019. Of course, as is common, my tastes changed quite a bit in that first year. After buying and then selling several watches, I decided to define what my ideal collection was to avoid impulse buying and both buyers and sellers remorse.</p><p>Since that time, I’ve only purchased watches from that list. This week, I finally picked up the last watch on the list, Rolex GMT-Master II 16710 to celebrate a milestone birthday and the birth of my first child. I’m probably done for a while. But as most of us know, the itch usually comes back around at some point.</p><p>I’d love to hear any thoughts on the collection and/or any thoughts on what might be a good next watch. Description: <p>Fell in love with watches over a decade ago. In the last two years I finally took the plunge. I started with the Omega Speedmaster. Great watch, great look, great history. Next I snagged the BB58 after coming across it in McLean, VA after it being sold out for a bit. Finally this year I purchased the Cartier De Santos.
