Description: <p>This is the state of my collection at the moment, been a long road… I’m looking forward to sell the bb58 beacause I hate the bracelet, since I got my sub the black bay fifty eight lost all the wrist time, and i can’t get any enjoyment of the Tudor, I tried the new pelagos and the bracelet is top notch. Want to replace it but don’t know what should bring in, want something vintage and to dress up because I only have metal bracelets. Looking to replace it with something non date but leather bracelet, I was thinking something like the Cartier or JLC reverso but can’t find any to experiment near me. Description: <p>I’ve got a ~6” wrist, so finding watches that actually fit well has always been the biggest challenge. Over time I realized I naturally prefer smaller proportions — around that 34–36mm range where things feel balanced instead of overwhelming.</p><p> </p><p>- Cartier Santos Galbée – bought after finishing college in Switzerland. This one made me appreciate proportions and design. Usually on leather when I want something clean and more formal.</p><p> </p><p>- Omega SMP 300 midsize – to celebrate landing my first full-time job as a cook. This is basically my kitchen watch now — always on rubber, easy, durable, and something I don’t have to think twice about during service.</p><p> </p><p>- Breitling B09 – my wedding watch. Wears larger on my wrist (around 47mm L2L), which makes it feel a bit more special. Mostly kept on a brown NATO — casual but still meaningful.</p><p> </p><p>- Rolex OP34 Red Grape (114200) – newest addition for my promotion to sous chef. This will probably be my daily. I like how it wears almost like a bracelet with a dial — subtle but still has personality depending on the light.</p>

I plan on replacing it with a 40mm and gifting the 36 to my friend with a smaller wrist.<br/><br/>Grand Seiko SBGM221. I just bought this over the weekend for a formal ball and wore it on a black strap. It is stunning in person. This will most likely take over as my daily driver. I do plan on eventually gifting this to my younger brother after he graduates college, but I might just have to buy him another because I don’t see myself parting with this unless there’s a limited release of the same watch in rose gold or something.<br/><br/>Tag Heuer Monaco Gulf (2023 edition). I love the multi-color sundial and overall aesthetic. It wears much larger than the 39mm width. It gets lots of attention. I just ordered the metal bracelet to go with it as well. Would highly recommend.<br/><br/>Coca-Cola G Shock. I love the way this watch looks, but it’s actually quite difficult to read the time on it at a glance. I mostly got it for game days as my teams colors are red and white. It doesn’t see much wrist time otherwise.<br/><br/>I plan on rounding out the collection over the next several years with a Rolex Batman and Vacheron Constantine American 1921 36mm in rose gold with the red leather band.
